Vision, Mission and Goals

VISION

The National Vocation Animation Team envisions the formation of the Filipino Carmelites of tomorrow, one who is sensitive and responsive to the need of the people; one who is mature and responsible; one who has a growing sense of prayer; one who is at home in community; one who understands the “common tao”; one who has the intellectual capacity to express himself; one who is capable of handling practical situations; one who has the capacity on his openness and formability.


Mission

We therefore endeavor to:

1. Co-journey the youth in their search for a meaningful life for the service of the Church and Carmel in the Philippines
2. Attract and recruit young individuals and invite them to undergo Carmelite vocation Discernment Program
3. Animate and share the Carmelite Spirituality, tradition and charism
